CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy: To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please review the following policies before booking: • Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Late cancellations will be charged 75% of the service fee, as it impacts business operations. • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a restriction from booking future appointments. • Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. If you arrive beyond the grace period without notice, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
